it's true that on both tshirt designs that there is a panda person riding a "bike", but this one fits with sightseeing (since the person is on a pair of glasses) and the other one is just a panda person riding a regular bike...
I don't think the artist meant to rip off american eagle...

And just so there's no confusion of who was ripped-off by whom, the AE shirt came out summer of 2010, well before the October submission of this design. So lame.
