This is an awesome idea, so I hate to be a party pooper, but the vast majority of candy corn is not vegetarian. It almost always contains gelatin (i.e. goop from boiled animal tendons).

I love this shirt... but I agree with @matthew morgan when he says make the shirt itself a darker color. If you could do this, I'd buy immediately as well. :D

So... What does it take fro a shirt to be available on 3X? An amazing amount of "BEAR" types would buy up this shirt. Maybe that's why it's not.
