Okay, I can't read the text in the image, so I may be missing some small detail which rescues this from the total lack of diversity, but at first glance this is quite off-putting. Why do all the nerds appear to be white and male? There are certainly ways to maintain the haircut and eyeglasses joke visually without omitting all diversity from the picture.
