I bought this shirt along with a "Keep Calm and Carry On" tshirt I found on another website. It makes me really happy to own both.
Also, this is the most obscure shirt ever, but it is sooo rewarding when I run into someone who understands it :)

Looks like this is a parody of the Keep Calm and Carry On poster, which the British Ministry of Information produced in 1939 at the beginning of World War II. Check out info on it here .
