I need a 'back' of T shirt Template

My design is both front and back. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to make the back part of shirt template. Customer service told me I could edit the shirt template and turn it into a back, but not quite sure how to go about it.

Haha, maybe I will use the neckless Angelina. Now that is a template worth using. Yea I actually just ended up putting my design over the neck and erasing a bit so I could use the same shirt type. Seemed to do the job.
