Need feedback for a declined post!

I made this drawing with my drawing pad in photoshop, but it got declined... can somebody give me some feedback & critique? I'm could change the text, but I don't really have any ideas about what other text I could use.


If someone needs help with working out an design idea, I would like to help, and I got Adobe Photoshop CS5 and a bamboo drawing pad, so I have some usefull stuff for making designs and stuff.

Well, there are a lot of skulls on the site right now, maybe you could have something growing out of the skull and incorporate some depth and colors into it, also I would def. put it on a colored shirt. You really want it to stand out.
