Where are the templates!?

I can't find the product templates anywhere! This is probably just a stupid mistake on my part, but I really looked for them! Also, is there a way to see the comments on my design that's up? It says it has comments, but I can't see them.

heres a bunch. You just have to edit the size so they work with the new submission guidelines.
