Yup, I'd buy a women's zip-up hoodie.

@girithaara That's not so much a problem of being thin as it is being white and thin. The white contrasts significantly with the nipple-shadows (as a good a term as any) If you're really concerned you can try putting on a wife-beater underneath of it and other thin/light color shirts to counteract this effect. Save that for the relatively chilly days though.
