I think, maybe choose one or to shapes you like the most/connect with the most and make just one heart beat line, over the chest.

It looks very cool on the shirts, but I think I agree that it might work better if you choose only a couple shape. I you did just the musical notes you could still do multi ekg lines on the shirt but have the nottes at a different point on each line and different note values.
