It's clear that a lot of work went into this. But the features of her face could be softened to make her more feminine. Beyond that I would just include more leafy design patterns to fill it out.
Maybe get it either a bit more dynamic pose, or a more static pose, but staring down the people looking at the shirt. Its stuck between the 2 right now. Nice designing and rendering tho.
