I actually like it just how it is. Maybe with a little more illustration around them but I like the idea of one on the front and one on the back. :)

Ever since I saw Beauty and the Beast, I always thought tea pots to be female. ;)

Both on front and engaged in an epic battle with the wrckage of said battle in the background would be awesome, but really nice characters regardless.
