so it's stolen and poor resolution. you can't even use photoshop to get rid of the white. sloppy.

The white isn't cleaned up properly, some of the hair elements are copy and pasted-

If the fact you stole this is true I don't see how the hell this got past submissions. It's way more than the color limit anyways.
