I don't mind this shirt, however, I don't love it. I think that it could be better if you formed the birds into an identifiable shape... perhaps a heart? I like the color combination!
I'd echo what you said to me about Mercy Mime, but you can dig that up yourself. Too much ctrl+c, ctrl+v, it'd be better if each gull was drawn independantly, adds work, but makes for a better more hand touched/loved illustration.
