No, I love the simplicity fo the background design. Perhaps could have been a little bigger to fit with the scale of the cow, beacause it looks a little small even taking perspcetive into account. Either way I love the graphic, good job :D

I like it, maybe color the backround, and darken the shirt, but whatever it takes to get that cow on a shirt.

The graphic above the cow is almost invisible, maybe you should make that darker.
