I think you should fill in that one empty space, so the block would give you a Tetris. Then people would really see how valuable that piece is. I like it though, excellent.
Maybe put the hole right under it so its obvious which way the peice is supposed to go? And yeah, make it more obvious with fewer holes maybe too. Anyone who's played tetris for more than an hour will know just whats going on.
