Calling all Wanatee Campers!

Get your friendship bracelets ready — you're going to Summer Camp! Join one of our Ambassador Cabins for Threadless Camp Wannatee Week (May 16-20) to have a 1 in 4 chance of winning some awesome camp swag at the Camp Wannatee Games (we will live-stream these for all to watch and enjoy) at the Threadless Offices in Chicago on Friday, May 20th!

We have 4 Cabins led by our 4 all-star Ambassadors! Here they are:

Alvaro - Smore Than Meets the Eye

Evan - Scrapplejuice

Ian - Yelling Yeti

Aled - UBER WOLF

On each day from Monday - Thursday during Camp Wannatee Week, we'll have a different challenge that each community member can participate in to help their camp get a head start in the four different games. We’ll do a live drawing for all the staff members on the 16th and announce which cabin they get assigned to! Then - on Friday - the Threadstaff will represent their cabin in the Camp Wannatee Games. The Grand Prize Winning cabin will get some awesome camp swag!

The Games:

Tug of War - Grrrrrr!

Bean Bag Toss - One minute to make as many perfect tosses as possible.

Eggy-Spoony Race - A spoon/egg relay race. We should hard boil these eggs, but we won’t. Haha!

Pie-Eating Contest - This is pretty self-explanatory! NOM NOM NOM!

Help your Cabin's Chances at The Games by winning these Challenges:

Monday, May 16: Tweet for us with your cabin name in the #hashtag. We’ll give you specifics on what to tweet about later this week! The cabin that tweets the most will get an extra person on their team for Tug of War!

Tuesday, May 17: Get your creative juices flowing and pick your cabin motto. The best motto (as picked by Threadstaff) will get an extra 10 seconds in the bean bag toss!

Wednesday, May 18: Get your vote on! The cabin with the members who voted on the most designs will get a free egg in the Eggy Spoony Race. Can everyone in your cabin get to that Powerscore High 5?

Thursday, May 19: The cabin with the highest number of Designs Submitted from May 16th - May 19th by their campers will get a 30 second start on the Pie-eating contest!

So here's what you have to do!

Step 1: Join one of the 4 Cabins by adding your name to the Ambassador Camp Blog on their profile page! (You can only join one cabin!)
Step 2: Be awesome and give your cabin a head start at the games by kicking butt on the Camp Wannatee Challenges.
Step 3: Watch the staff get assigned to their cabins in the live drawing on Monday, May 16th and compete in the games on Friday, May 19th.
Step 4: Hand out friendship bracelets to all of your friends! (That’s just a nice thing to do.)

For the voting, will that be votes in the lifetime, or just that one day? It seems like if its only votes from that day, people would be smart to not bother voting for new designs for a couple of days if they want the most possible designs to score.
