They were voted low because they were beyond the unadventurous, limited imaginations of the majority of the voting populous. The other good designs you speak of have not remained unprinted because of these shirts, this was a bonus day, you get the regular stuff each monday so quit your whining.

Out of curiosity I checked to see if the number printed for these designs was less than usual by typing a randomly large number into my shopping cart, say, 4000 and instead of throwing an error it says "SPECIAL ORDER! (ships in 4-6 weeks)" Only the April Fools' designs do this.

Is this a sign of some print-on-demand scheme to come?

maija some other recently printed tees have done this, like king of clubs and freeloader from this week. or at least they did when i first added my size into my cart to check the stock. also some tees reprinted during the sale did this as well, like optical illusion kid and i think scr-emo. i think you may be right about a print-on-demand thing. or maybe they haven't gotten all of their orders back from the print shop yet.

All of the new Shirts on "Threadless Tees" pop up "Special Order' when you try to put in a huge quanity, thats not just the April Fool ones. I guess its a new feature so you dont have to wait for a reprint !?!
