WIRED Magazine is bringing its vision of a new world’s fair to NYC: WIRED NextFest is the premier future-forward event in the U.S, featuring over 150 exhibits focused around communication, design, entertainment, exploration, health, security and transportation. WIRED NextFest celebrates innovation in communication, design, entertainment, exploration, health, security, and transportation.

At this three-day festival, you will experience robots, flying cars, homes of the future, fuel-cell concept cars, unmanned aerial vehicles, and much more from visionary inventors, companies, and R&D labs around the world.

The purpose of the submissions relating to this promotion is to create a stand-alone design inspired by the challenge, not a brand tee. Your design should not have brand names or logos on it.

The selected design(s) will be chosen by a panel of Judges including Threadless staff and a representative from the promotion sponsor(s).

The design(s) to be printed will be chosen by the Judges within 45 days after the submission close date.
Use the submission form by selecting Participate -> Submit Ideas from the menu or click the button below to submit.
All submissions will also be eligible to be printed as a regular Threadless tee.
The submission must not be a design that has already been submitted to Threadless.
You may only submit up to three designs during the duration of the promotion.

Winning tee will be the Official WIRED NextFest 2006 tee shirt - the only tee sold at the event.
$500 WIRED Goodie Bag (including a Brookstone Wafer-Thin CD System, Lucca Weather Station and Kameleon Universal Remote).
The designer of the winning tee will be mentioned on the WIRED website, as well as in WIRED Magazine.
