Hello there, and how are you doing today?

I'm doing just dandy thank you very much.

How did you get your start in design?

I'm not really sure when I got my start in design. I guess my first year of post secondary. I was more into illustration and art, but during the last two years I've found my way into design and I try to bring that into my illustrations.

What inspires your work?

I think mostly everyday life. I know so many people say that, but it's true. Things I see and do often give me ideas for projects. Things I see
while on the bus or walking somewhere downtown can inspire me. Other artists and illustrators can inspire me to try new things too.

How does it feel to have a design selected by Threadless?

It feels pretty sweet. It's always nice to know that people like your work, let alone buy it on a shirt. I've been waiting my whole life for this day.

What do you plan to spend your hard-earned cash on?

Well I still have one more year of school left, so I'll probably put it towards that. Or it will go towards transportation to school and back. That's of course if I don't spend it before school starts.
