We asked the bloggers to post some questions for Mitch. Here are the questions and his answers!
myteemo: What piece of artwork are you most proud of?
Well that's easy. The most important piece of art I've ever created is my precious son, Jaden Smith.
** Correction: It turns out I'd gotten Will Smith and myself confused. **
** Again. **
redbroom87: At what point in a sketch do you decide to push it further for a t-shirt design?
It seems like the ones I get started on right away are the ones that actually get finished. I wish it happened more often!
jeffreyg : What inspired your very cartoony, clean, style? Was there a point where you experienced with a different style (i.e. portraiture, realism etc).
a) Your face.
b) Sure! In fact, I have several designs with a fresh new perspective on the way. Stuff you haven't seen from me before. Stay tuned!
iPear: If not t-shirts, what else could you imagine your style of work appearing on?
Not much. Just to name a few: vinyl toys, my own animated series, comic books, trading cards, magazine covers, album art, movie posters, action figures, breakfast cereals, fast food franchises, the side of Snoop Dogg's tour bus, downloadable iPhone wallpapers, limited edition Diet Rite cans, He-Man fanzines, custom Nikes, Ed Hardy trucker hats, glow in the dark tampons, Lady Gaga's face, and my own celebrity scent: Boner, by Spacesick*.

Maltzmania: If you were a Pizza, what toppings would you have to have on you, and follow up question, why are you a pizza, that's ridiculous.
I would be topped with a sexy ladypizza. Because two pizzas doing it make a calzone, and calzones are much classier.
alvarejo: Why do you have an obsession with 80's video game music?
That's because I've been working on the music for my own Nintendo game! Tentatively titled UNTITLED SUPER AWESOME SPACESICK NES PROJECT, it's scheduled to hit store shelves in NEVER! Here's an example:
randyotter3000: If you had to choose an heir from the designers on Threadless to continue your work and your legacy who would you select?
All will be revealed on my deathbed. I will entrust to one of you what appears to be a simple storybook, from whose dusty pages will fall a beautifully-illustrated map--yellowed with age, and spilled Mountain Dew.
What's this? Could there really be a secret treasure out there in Spacesick's fantastical world of make-believe? Maybe the old man wasn't as crazy as people thought!
The only way to find out will be to gather your closest Threadfriends and embark on a magical Goonies/Labyrinth/Neverending Story-style adventure to become heroes of a strange new land.
There will be thrills (:D), chills (:0), and a stunning cast of lifelike characters dreamt up by Jim Henson's Creature Shop. You'll learn a lot about life... death... and love. And maybe... just maybe... you'll make a few new friends along the way. But the journey, you'll see, was the most important treasure of all. Wait, I forgot the question.
