Hello there, and how are you doing today?

Everything is a-ok, thanks for asking. Next question please.

How did you get your start in design?

I've never been in any art school. Matter of fact my course is about Computer System Networking. Right after I graduated college, that's when I first work with Photoshop. It all started there. Now regarding on how I start with designs, most of my later designs occured during blackouts. There's no electricity, I was bored, it's frickin hot, I started sketching. Designs can take me into weeks, even months depending on how lazy I'm feeling.

What inspires your work?

Well, you can get inspiration everywhere. It just depends on how you're gonna express them through your work. People around me inspire
me alot to make best in everything I do. And as ideas are spontaneous, I don't pressure myself into thinking about what I need to do next, I
just wait for it to come naturally. I believe that good designs come out when you're in a clear state of mind.

How does it feel to have a design selected by Threadless?

It's fantastic! It's like a miniature lottery. Almost everyday I check my email just to see if I have one from a Threadless staff saying my design has been selected. And even though the message suggests "go scream in celebration", I tend to keep my cool. Just go on with my daily routine until the day I get a hold of my winnings.

What do you plan to spend your hard-earned cash on?

Treat my niece (the one wearing "Clever Disguise" in my profile), and spend the rest in making my hair look sassy :)
