Working in a little printshop in my home town when I was 16 where you couldn't close the windows in the winter because there wasn't any ventilation for the printing fumes. I would come to work looking like I was homeless with all my jackets on and a pair of fingerless gloves (They had to be fingerless so I could work on the computer). I think my boss felt bad - although she had been doing it for years - because she would always bring me big mugs of tea spiked with liquor.

Pretty much everything good. I mean, in every facet of life, there is stuff that has been done well, and stuff that has been done not so well. It's not hard to tell the difference. Now just stop looking at what's been badly done. Unless I suppose you wanted to look at the bad stuff and be like "How could I improve this?". That too would be inspiration . . . So I guess everything inspires me. A couple dozen cups of coffee can help too.

Like winning on some other, crappier Threadless rip-off site, that gives you a seventh of the fullfillment that Threadless gives you, only much much better and seven times more fulfilling.

Pants, because now I am going to have way too many shirts. You need to make sure balance that stuff out.
