Hello there, and how are you doing today?

Very cold!! It's winter down here in Brazil, and it's cold like it hasn't been in quite a while. :)
But besides that, I'm pretty well... like I haven't been in a while too! It doens't happen everyday to be choosen for such an important contest like this. ;)

How did you get your start in design?

I was one of those kids that keep doodling all the way around the notebooks during school, y'know? I think I just had it in me, drawing was as important as playing or maybe even breathing. So I studyed Advertising (that's what I do now) and comic arts.

What inspires your work?

I like manga a lot, but I try not to look like a manga artist too much. Music spins my world and colors warms my heart. (lame phrase, but I can't help it, I like music and colors. :))

How does it feel to have a design selected by Threadless?

Oh, I though I was gonna die on my keyboard when I saw that "Yay, you won" e-mail. It's just fantastic! I'm kinda new on this "Tee's business", so it's just amazing to have internatinal approval of my work. :) There's some kind of feelings that words are just not enough to describe.

What do you plan to spend your hard-earned cash on?

College! \o/ I had to drop college some years ago (yeah, money), and I had just re-started this year... money couldn't come in better time. ;)
