I think it's cute. And I love the look you've achieve, that unpolished rough texture. It's cool. I think, though, the building doesn't really look like a building. The windows aren't rectangular enough, and also, they don't have depth to pass off as windows. Great job though!

Yeah, Its a building, but to get it to look more like a building I added the lighted windows, but I suppose if it were getting demolished there would be no lights on.

What about the slogan though? Too offensive? I've taken it from American movies and stuff but I'm English so not sure if its right.

Yeah, the slogan works... It is something we say over here! Haha... But, as everybody has said, the building needs work. The windows need to be rectangular and less scattered about. There should be a door at the bottom. I thought it was a block of marble... So just put some time into that. Think about any ideas that could make it more building-y. The idea is there for sure, though!

Okay, Added more rectangular windows and added some graffiti & a satellite dish to make it look more like a building. Any other thoughts? I thought about adding more buildings to the left of the design with shocked expressions?

Try making the graffiti just a little bigger and cleaning up the dark blue area. Right now it looks just a little messy.

This version is definitely improved. The idea about other buildings is nice. I agree about the dark blue area - it is irregular and I don't feel that the design needs it.

It looks like a pile of grey bricks rather than a building, try getting some photos of building and imitate that so that its very clear its a building.

Thanks for the comments, I think if i made the graffiti bigger that would mess with the scale and wouldn't look right, don't you agree?

I will take some time and have another go at getting it to look like a building as the design is pretty much useless if people don't instantly get that its a building. Thanks again!

You could add more details to make the building more believable. The satellite seems a little unnecessary. I think this is really funny though!

Hopefully some progress made here in making the building look like a building. I have added rows of windows and altered the shape to give it more of a tall building feel. I've taken away the awkward shape and added a skyline to give it some depth.

Your design is def looking better, great job! Could you possibly show us how it would look on a tee? Would the gray background be a sharp cut off?
