i like it man...just if you submit it as just this, people will say: "oh cool but needs more"....i think you could add some cool stuff to this like a crowd of people being blown away by the loudness or something else, but if you expand on this character and give it an overall theme, maybe? i dunno?

also it be cool if you put a lil guy holding the megaphone? then the theme could be "speak up" and this little nerdy weakling could be blowing away the jocks or sumzing

u think i should make the guy holding it the real size like bigger than the megaphone, or smaller so the megaphone is bigger than him?

hmmm i dunno it's your design, i think a littler guy holding a the giant megaphone would be cool.
