I think it would be funnier without all the question marks above the perplexed ninja's heads. Then people can either see the joke as you have designed it or just the funny fact that a ninja fight has a cheerleader for it. I'd put some stealthy shoes on the ninja too, or just put the same color as the outfit on his feet. And perhaps fix up the right-most ninjas headband's placement b/c it looks like he's growing wings right now. But besides that, I really like the concept and think it's a winner. I'll check back on your progress of this one.

no offence but i dont see many people buying cartoon ninjas in cheerleader uniforms. if you wanted to stick close to the theme. find a pic of a real ninja and add the uniform to him. idk take it or leave it but i dont see much potential in this design

I think the design is adorable, but I'll echo the sentiment that having no shoes on the cheerleader is distracting. I'm also not sure that a blue background is best-suited for it. Grey, maybe?

i really really don't think so.
