I think you should move it up, have you tried it on a different colour tee?

Awesome! It might be a lot of work to change the angle of the head, but i think it'd look a little more natural to bring the back ear into view more. Love the idea and the style!

Love the illustration and the colors.
I'd just go a little more easy on the lines in the face, and work on the placement and scaling
