I like it. The position of the left arm and the head looks a little bit off, though I'm not sure why - maybe it's the arm angle?

I don't know how i will do that Nevvie. Maybe it will just go in the garbage.



Earthless- on the left arm I think the hand is positioned wrong.

PSH you shouldn't dismiss any of your ideas like that, you're far too creative and talented - you just may not know how to make it work now, who knows how it will speak to you later on? :)

Oh, and I think by "portal sub" they just mean referring to the new video game Portal, which is apparently extremely cool but which I haven't yet gotten a chance to play. From the theme song (which I heard via Jonathan Coulton's site) I surmise that cake features heavily in the game.

Yeah I think the thumb should be on the other side of the hand. Maybe make her have her own head by the hair, dangling.

detail on dress is needed. I think the flooring and the chandiliers remind me too much of the other design. Maybe something different, but i like the idea

More floor- behind her and and in front.

Detail on dress like you said- the chandeliers are fancy and the fress is plain.

Also more detail on the cake. Maybe stand it up and show layers in the slice.

it would be nice if the upper body was not so hidden bij her head. looks a bit if the head grows out of her dress. but that could change if a design is added to the dress. and there's something weird happening with the position of her arms/hand.

I would keep it down to maybe two or three chandeliers (they're a bit distracting), and add more detail to the dress (lace on the hem?). Also, it might be better if she's just holding her head on top of her upturned hand, platter-style (because the angle really does look juuuust a bit odd). Or you could turn the hand so that it cradles the head more, if that's possible. The way it is now, it looks like she's going to drop it!



I LOVE the concept, though, and it's very cute. Keep up the good work!

Great concept, and what you have so far is pretty good. The only thing I'd like to see changed is more detail on the dress.

I would agree with adding a design to the dress, and maybe reducing the chadeliers to the three middle ones? I also thought it might be better if the head was in the hand or you could possibly try having her hold her head on the left like she's holding the cake on the right? I don't know how it would look, it was just a thought I had
