I have to say I like it. I don't think other people will (judging from the rating its getting here) simply because the photo realism with half-tones.
Its a good idea but might be better as a vector design. A bit easier to print too.

The plaque part should look like wood, I think. It doesn't fit with the rest of it.

Would it be possible to change the dollar bill into a plaque shape and maybe a slight 3-D look to the plaque, as it is it looks a bit clumsy

PS..There is on problem with having a dollar bill on a t- shirt as far as I know
