I am working step-by-step here. I need insight, do's and don'ts please. I want to know if you like the "over-used" idea or like what I done to it. I will be adding a lot more ninjas to this everyday. do you like the font, or should i try to do my own? etc...

personally i think ninjas are over-used as you stated, so i rate anything down that has ninjas. I could see this appealing to some people though.

I think work on the text and explore it's relationship with the Ninjas a bit more. It's cool that you've got them using the letters as structures, but maybe process this a few more times until you get something uniquely yours. Perhaps make a scaffold structure out of the text. Also, one ninja stands out above the others because of the dust cloud where he leapt from (Which is the best part of the design at the moment).

i dont know what people are thinking... i love this one. only thing is that i would not use green. the design is sweet though.

Personally I'd use more of an oriental font. It is ninjas after-all. Although that may make it harder to have the ninjas stood on...

I think ninjas are over-done, so without some special twist I don't think this one is going anywhere.

over done isnt true. i dont know one person with a ninja shirt. any concept is used over and over.

there's nothing wrong with the design. i think you should just submit it and the market will let us know if there's room for another ninja shirt.
