Maybe a small little cop car in background would help, also a coffe or donought would fit better in a cop's hand. This background is not the best one I think. Try grey...

It's a really nice style, reminds me of 1999's games.
maybe make the hands a little longer? I can't figure out what he's holding btw (spray can?)
The first D is blacked out, The bulk of black kinda bugs me.

I think this design is pretty sweet. It's a cool idea. I feel like black isn't a great color for the tee either. It looks to me like he's holding some sort of beverage can in his hand (whether that's what you're going for - if it is, it could be more exaggerated). I think that you could add one more detail to his shirt that makes him stand out as a cop or adding something to the background.

My designs a different genre, but your comments would be great:

I like the idea a lot, the only thing is the hand holding something (soda can maybe?) is hard to see. if you work on that and make it a little more understandable it might hep the whole design. Good job overall, keep it up!! ;)

Hey really cool! I think you should fade the ends of the do not cross tape more so it blends with the dark of the shirt

this is a pretty cool idea. I agree with the cop car or any other cop "attributes". I think there could either be kinda scenery on a lighter Tee-colour with the tape fading or just tape and cop, but then the tape more "integrated" in the shirt.. maybe once round the body or so.

my first design also has barrier tape in it... maybe you could score or leave a comment?
