It looks too quik'n'dirty. Try to redraw it.
I also find it to be too large for just one color. In my experiance that looks a bit cheap at the end of the day.

I like the idea. I think there's some room for improvement in the illustration. I wouldn't change much because I love the simplicity. It took me too long to actually see the hood though. I think a little work on the hood to hair transition is all this needs.

Overall, I think it's awesome.

I like the concept. Took me a minute to see Red in there. I agree, give it another draft, tighten up the line work a touch.
