people bump all the time because people always want comments and not enough people give them. I personally think there is too many letters/words on the shirt. It takes away from the drawing.

i agree with the words comment, but it still annoys me when people bump things.

I thought it would be nice to make everything look "busy", "loud", etc to really evoke that entire "internet asshole" persona. After all he is the Capslochness monster.

but I do get what you are saying.

maybe would it be better if I spread the words out so they surrond the entire drawing not just top and bottom?

I'd put the different phrases in different fonts and at different angles all over the place. As it is now, every thing's pretty orderly and uniform, something internet assholes are not.
