On the serious side I agree with the professor, it needs a little something more concept-wise. Nice drawing though that's for sure. How do you do that texture? It's great. Ummm concepts also escape me. Maybe have them trying to get back into the popcorn maker??? no that kinda sucks...hmmm not sure

i put a paper over an old book and rub with graphite
scan it, and it's a texture screen

that arm is kinda awkward how it comes outta nowhere.
there are only 2 more things that bug me:
the elongated eyes mixed with the mouths kinda feel generic, like mickey mouse or something.
There's a big shadow under 3 little corns.

just fix that and it'll be subworthy imo

i agree that the unpopped poppin' corn hould look a bit more different from the popped ones cuz i was confused at first too. Also in the title if you use "orville sez eat ur damn popcorn" you should say poppin' corn instead cuz thats what he used in the old commercials
