Oh god it's horrible I apologize.

The Tesla Roadster is the first 100% electric car that incorporates a Tesla three-phase electric motor (invented by one Nikola Tesla). This is a bit of a tribute to that amazing man. After tracing the outline of a Tesla Roadster I messed around with it and got frustrated, then wrote NIKOLA in the outline. I've included two copies, one with the full outline and one without so you can see what it looks like.

I know, it looks like total trash, and I apologize. This is the basic rough first draft, I swear. Expect to see improvements!

Please, please, please tell me what I should change or if it just sucks. I want critiques, not "omg this sux lols u noob".

Thank you!

it could be interesting, try and work on the lettering, make it something worth looking at. study some rad graffiti or something

It's a bit strange how the K and O are practically normal while the rest of the letters have been distorted to fit the shape. Try distorting the K & O to match thre rest of the letters. fishfish's suggestion of studying some graffiti is a great idea. You can do a lot with colours in this.

Dag, good idea on the graffiti. I kinda tried to go for lame crap bubble text on the N and I... sorta. I'm not sure whether or not to keep the blank spaces in the O and the A, or just bubble up heavy.

I will definitely work on forming the K and O up... my biggest fear however is of making the letters unrecognizable, which is what I'm afraid will happen with the O.

I have no idea who he is, so I wouldn't really understand the shirt. It wouldn't mean anything to me if I saw it.

There should be more "Tesla Doomsday Ray Gun" Devices in this. I'm not sure what they look like though.

i wouldn't have known where the concept came from if you hadn't told me, & i'd wager that few others would too.

I agree with some of the others. I think it is difficult to read as is (particularly the "N"). Once I was able to read it, I wouldn't recognize the reference. Keep truckin.
