Yeah it is. Or you could have one bird, and a thought bubble, and a graphic of the bird doing his thing flying halfway down perhaps? - I'm just not a big fan of text on shirts. Or you could try a variety of fonts, perhaps a san serif one? Just a few suggestions :)

You could put a beard on santa. If you lose the text, you could do like soul.eater said and add a thought bubble, or you could mix the real thing in with the snow. We would see a small green blob in the air.

My first design could also use some direction right now :)

i'm not sure for the birds drawing. the style seems different between them and the santa.
maybe it'd be better on a purple or blue tee

aw i love this perspective! soo cute. the blue works better! it feels more natural and serene. The text should definitely be there.. but i think that it doesn't fit well. Perhaps with a puffy white font or something that blends better. perhaps make the clouds the font? It should be a color that harmonizes with the rest of the composition. Actually, you might want to consider uploading a version without the text.. and the winks on the birds should be enough for everyone to get the cute joke ;D Maybe have two birds winking so it would be more apparent without the text. I"m not sure if you need the text or not.. but i love this! great illustration.

That's really nice! I'd suggest to place the birds more above the santa, so it would make it obvious, what they are planning about.
Like this, they would miss their target :)
Either way, I think its gonna win for sure :)

Just about ready... I think that the branch being the same color as the cast shadow is what bothers me. I suggest maybe a white branch with grey wood detail, but that's nitpicking on a polished piece
