Aw man. Four comments, all from me...this don't look so good.

I don't know what a restraining order looks like, but maybe you could try to mimic it a bit -- make it look a bit more official or something? Even with it labeled "Restraining Orders" it took me a moment to get what you were trying to convey. But then again, it's early where I live so I may not be thinking clearly :)
