Just had an idea of a design about breaking heart and how the boy and girl get separated when heart is broken.

any suggestions

here i tried to show that as shirt opens the heart brakes and two lovers gets separated

The guys are a little pixellated. Try to improve them!

Great concept, maybe texturize the heart in some way. Im always a fan of loose edges too, like little bits of frayed material. :)

That's a great idea for the zipper / separating, I'd just spend more time on the details, I think it'd work if it was even ... the man / women bathroom-type icons, standing close to the zipper, I'd make the heart very icon-ic to go with it, like the bottom should be more of a v instead of bending?

Neat concept. Might want to revisit vertical positioning and sizing. If everything were a bit smaller, the heart vs the couple would have breathing room.

this is some beautiful simplicity my friend. I suggest adding red shoelaces to their shoes, and a gray border to the heart to tie the two elements of the picture together.

Also, if you think about it, try out some vintage effects to where its a bit distressed to distract from the overall bucket fill look. OR you could try just erasing a few lines where the joints meet the bodies to break up the flat look.

BUT IT LOOKS GREAT MANG, IT LOOKS STRAIGHT UP GREAT!

Cool idea, I like the colors is this version. What age are the couple? The guy looks like he is maybe 10 to me. A bit odd for the concept.

really cool idea, i like this a lot :) only thing i would do is maybe make a heart out of the splatter design instead of cutting the heart out of it if you know what i mean. even if you dont change it its still a sweet concept. love it.

I'd cut out the boy and girl and just have the heart. Looks great.

img they are 13 years old 1st heart brake for them heart brakes in 1st true love so i added younger kids

The heart is great, and I fully understand the concept of the young love/broken heart thing.... but I just don't dig the figures all that much. However I'd be tempted to keep them but in black on black, so you'd only see them in certain lights. Might be rubbish, but the heart rocks.

What if you incorporated the figures into the heart in some way?

Maybe kids should keep the heart in arms? when zipper is down they will have a half both and then zipper goes up they will uniting...

I don't like the shape of the heart I have to say. And the silhouette of blood around it shouldn't be perfectly shaped to match the inner heart. But I really like the silhouettes of the people. Really good concept, but maybe to frequent a one?

I would say keep pushing it cause I love the idea. As some have said if you can make the heart out of the splatter and than put the silhouettes on that you might come up with an amazing result.

Also if you would be kind enough to comment on the new version of mine I would very much appreciate it!

I think it might look cool if made the heart a bit bigger and tried placing the two people inside the heart. Just a thought.

This is just a suggestion, but what if you overlapped the silhouettes on top of the lower part of the heart? It might unify the design a bit more, since right now the two shapes are two different colours and not touching.

I don´t know exactly how, though.

maybe the splatters from the heart can somehow morph to the shapes/ sillhouettes?

This is for sure the best version so far, but I think you can go even further.

Great idea and it looks pretty groovy. It's difficult to see from the mockup but the silhouettes look a bit jagged around the edges. Maybe smooth them out a bit (Unless it's just the reduction in size for the mockup making them look like that)

It's a really good idea.

But I definitely think you should make it more simple. There are no need to have the couple on the shirt. It's like telling the same story two times.
The splash around the heart doesn't work for me either. When you see a drawing of a broken heart it's normally just a heart which is broken in to two pieces.
Instead you can make some small cracking to the heart if you feels it's necessary.

Keep working on it. I think you have a chance getting printed.

The white silhouettes look a lot better than the gray. I agree with SayadaR and Dumone. I think the top half of the silhouettes should overlap the bottom half of the heart. I also really like the splatter around the heart and think you should definitely keep in in the design.

Actually i wanted to show as the heart brakes both couples gets separated i will try to place both couples in the heart

Changed the shape of the heart and place couples in it so its show as zip open heart brakes and both lovers gets separated. Hope it final now.
