This design show a beautiful Arabian girl with traditional Heena design on her hand hugging the person from his/her behind.

Nicely done, but it doesn't really look like a hug, and if a girl is wearing the shirt it looks even worse. I think the arms should be lower and more horizontal.

the ilusion is totally ruined by the fingers. Just put your hands on your chest and you'll see the thumb is situated in the upper side of the hand
In your design it looks like someone in fromt of you is pushing you.

Imagine how someone would really hug another person. Say the person was a child, the height would justify the angle which the arms are hugging the person. However the tattoo's on the arm suggest that the person is an adult, therefore the angle should be 180 degrees or higher. The fingers should be made longer slightly, the fingers should over-lap the other hand more. As well as adjusting the angle, move the arms higher too otherwise it'd look awkward. I've yet to see someone hug another person from the back, unless it was a surprise-bear hug or 'glomp', the front of the tee should be of another persons body, with the arms going around to the other side.

Maybe put the design on the back of the shirt rather than on the front. Unless the hug is coming from behind the person. Add more hand detail (nails, knuckles, etc).

I think the sadows on the arms are a bit weird... Shouldn't they be on the bottom?

It's a bit hard to see that they're hugging. The tattoos kinda take over. Nice tats though.

I think it would look a lot better with fingernails! And maybe to add some shading to the knuckles as well.

I would try adding crease marks on the shirt so that you know they are hugging. Otherwise it just looks like arms.

This is really good.
The only thing I can suggest is giving it more highlights and darkening the shadows, it'll give them more depth.

Done few adjustments made the hand little more thinner and corrected some shades hope its better now do suggest..

I think this would make sense without the henna but works either way, maybe give the hands the shirt wrinkle shadow details so it doesn't just look like hands placed on a shirt?

the idea is very nice and the illustration solid as well.
there is no need for vector by the way...

the only problem right now which i can see is that the palms aren't really hugging...they're simply straight and loose. make the fingers curve a bit, like they're actually holding on tight...
