Yeah the shadows are a grey 50% screen over black, I might take away the black underlayer. The fade for the legs is perfectly smooth in the full res image! I couldn't get it to keep the slow gradient with the halftone in the resizing though.

I love how ironic the thumbnail is! This is pretty cool. Nice job.
