I had full intentions to flank the cartridge with something else on the right, but a second cabinet seemed to balance i.

I'm going to play with some halftones once I get to work (where the CS2 lies)

any ideas on how to flesh this out are much appreciated, this is really just step one and not "done"

my only crit is to emphasize the arcade game a bit more...it just looks like a box with a peen sorta...any way to bring this out a lil more or was that the intent?

I can see that. I didn't detail them any more as the nes cartridge already has a lot less detail, but that's no reason not to detail the endpieces any more.

what do you mean by more detail? Something on the screen? graphics on the cabinet itself?

yeh maybe a space invader, or asteroid? What i mean is the outlining of the arcade joystick is a bit strange, and the screen is huge! which i guess had to match up with the cartridge.

i think my screen was too bright cuz i can see the joystick better now, but i dunno. i mean you can telll its an arcade game duh, but at first glance it's a bit difficult to grasp

gotcha.

The cabinet is modeled after the dimensions of an actual arcade cabinet, so the screen shouldn't look too large, I may strike out the fill to make it seem a bit smaller.

Thank you maltzy

I love you too... and yeah, I realized that 14 out of 56 of my designs are either directly connected to nostalgia or VERY influenced by the 80's... you'd think I was older durning that decade :D
