it seems too big to me... i feel like the edges of the design should be more organic than just bumping up against the edges of the shirt. find a way to fade the design out to the edges.

I think the eyes on the bush should be more shifty, like "oh no, here comes that #%$#^@ cat again."



Also, the cat looks a little like clipart, maybe you can smooth out the lines a bit.
