Wow this is so simple but so great. If I had to make a suggestion to try and help it would be maybe fan out the rain towards the bottom, might help with hierarchy but It's really not needed. I say it looks great as is!

awwww.. this is cute! I like how the rain is bunched up together in the bottom, than slowly fans out as the sun and other cloud comforts him!
I think its ready to submit !

this is very nice! i think the only problem is with rain...it doesn't feel natural to me...
like it's coming down but as lower as it goes, the more centered it seems...like an upside pyramid if that helps to understand me better:)
i think you should let it spread out a bit...

I initially had the drops converging and getting smaller in order to use perspective to make it look like we were level with the clouds and the drops were falling away from us. But I fanned them out like y'all said and it does look better. Plus I spread them around a bit.

I'll sub this a bit later today if nobody has anything else to say. Thanks for the feedback and also the kind words!
