I tried outlining the wing in white and it looked REALLY weird, so I made few little changes and added another color choice.

I think you should get your design shown on a t-shirt if you can. To give more character and life to your design you need a lot more detail

i like this a lot, good play on words... umm im not a huge fan of the penguin and would prefer a different bird.. but thats just me.

I think the penguin works because of the bow-tie which allows you to make the James Bond connection and it helps drive the joke. Anything else would just look like a bird holding a gun and I don't think anyone would get it.

Also, I think it would be funny you could somehow incorporate a walrus with one golden tusk as "the villain". LOL, just a thought.

did you use a thinner line outlining the wing? it looks like you did and it looks really good, I like both colors :) they kind of both jump out in good but different ways

Yeah, I used a thiner line and cleaned up the smoke a little.
