hi, this is the first sketch of a footprint-island. want to add a lot of vegetation, some more boats and little houses.. and all in color of course :-)

first color attempt...

I really like this. It's on it's way to be great. Thumbs up to Walk on Water for a title.

I'd consider playing around with the line thickness a bit more. Like it was in the first drawing.

Perhaps the clouds should cast shadows, to emphasize the height.

changed the water reflections and made the mountain on the big island of brown rock instead of green grass.
going to experiment with some line thicknesses andcloud shadows as BucketKnight suggested

added white highlights at the coast, gave the clouds some shade and made some lines a bit thicker to get more dept.

Er.. uh.. this is already awesome.
Maybe add a little texture to the foliage with a different green? Not sure if you are running up to color limit or not.

Its great. The only thing id suggest is perhaps the mountain could be where the heel is (or would be if it was an actual foot)

I think the Green and brown colors need some work. They feel a little off to me. Maybe try a more warm brown in place of the greenish brown.

made the bown and green color warmer and added more shade to the rocks. also moved the toes closer by the main island. i think these warmer colors makes it better don't you? it will pop out more on the tee...

i like the top one, attracts more attention as the color is brighter. moving the toes closer gives it a more natural foot step feel too.

for the highland is it meant to be a mountain or volcano? maybe you can try adding a volcano effect for another type of feel.

JUST WOW!!!! i love it!
a few minor things, just minor, as it's operfect as it is.

I think your presentation is great, but its moving too fast at he beginning, so we can't see the details!

then, if i tell you that, is because your awesome design needs to be well deserved by a perfect presentation!

I also think your choice of template tee shirt is a bit sad, i mean, this blue is bit washed out, i think it would be better with a blue like the royal you used in the background design...? (of course, it means at the end, the tee shirt itself is not on the blue background, to let a nice contrast)

- yeah, the speed of the flash scrolling is indeed too fast, but i've tried a lot of different settings, but can't controll it like i want. i've reworked the flash file you're using too, but i'm no flash-wizzkid, so i've actually no idea how to fix it properly.
- good comment about the last slide indeed. to change the background color to pop out the tee more.

this is a test presentation with a different sliding speed than v10.
i skipped the details-slide because the middle slide also shows exactly that.

i think this is a great idea for threadless, it seems like the type of thing that goes over really well here. i like the design and idea overall, but something about the volcano (?) on the heel bothers me. maybe it's just personal taste, but i don't like the shape of it and the brown discoloration. if it were less rounded, maybe? a cool design in any case though.
