Hahaha, this is great! I was a bit worried before I opened it - with your dot thumbnail I thought you were going to attempt to cover a shirt in polka dots. But, alas, no. You did something clever.
Ok, help... Well, the hands are pretty darn small. And maybe her arm (on the right) is a bit awkward, but the rest looks good.
Let's see it placed and with different background colours?

I don't think it's very apparent that they're dancing the polka without already knowing the title. Maybe you could add some more polka things, like a guy playing the accordion or something.

well the final sub will be a belt one color with polka dots evenly spaced

lol, i just found your reference, mr. polishcenter.net.... anyways i think it would be better if they were just dots with tiny arms and legs. Then have quite a few of them on the shirt in polka dot form dancing around, some of them could have instruments like accordions.
