What could I do to improve it?

I would make it more than just a floating head... either fill in some shadows on her body to give her a form, or add some kind of background element.

Play around with adding more detail to the face, to see if that might improve the overall design. im just thinking right now the face might be too simple. also, do you want her to have a 'beautiful' look? or is the current style what you are going for? try doing some parallel processing and see what you get.
