Nice colors and concept. I think you need to add a bit more punch to the design. Maybe have the octopus tentacles wrapped around the truck snatching some ice cram cones (or maybe a little kid) with the other kids running away in terror.

this is a great design. I think herky ^^^^ might be on to something....
