At first glance, it's great. But on a second glance, the trees looks oddly out of proportion with the rest of it. The beavers look good, and the idea's solid.

Yeah,I don't like the trees here:) Let's draw them! The rest is really good!

I played with the presentation and addressed the depth a bit in the design itself. That way (I hope) the big beaver looks a bit further off than the trees and those in turn look farther out than the beavers. Further and farther used correctly just now?
