Well I like the overall concept but I'm not sure the woman fits well with this... I'm not sure if it's the colors used or what (the brown spot on her chest could go too)



I'd also consider extending her form so that it fully takes up space within the word (top to bottom)

I would extend the legs to the bottom of the E. I think the dark brown needs toned down a little. Make it a little darker that the lighter tan. Good luck!

I agreed with barrv20 that the legs should coonnect to the bottom,it kinda awkward to leave in the middle.



And what is the brown thing on her chest ? It's not sounds shadow for me.

The brown stuff were suppose to be shadow but I didn`t do a good job on that....I will fix it in the new version. Thanks for your comments....

it might feel better if there was no shadow at all her stomach and is there a reason the left and right side of her top do not match up? it would look better if both sides were black

Cool concept will translate well to canvas also..

Have to agree with most of the critics on here.. She could fill out more and also her legs could go all to the edge if it looks good.

Cool man....i agree with the critics above about her legs...and if you make her skin more bright or change her hair to black? I don't think i like this combination of gold hair with this skin, like something doesn't match. Try this out ;)

Love the power of the word and placement. Just as others have posted, what if her legs were drawn all the way down. Or what if she was enlarged by 150%. Might get an interesting crop on her, plus you wont have to draw the remainder of her leg.

Agree with comments about legs and the top of bikini, I would also remove the shadow around the nose that make it massive...it's a very nice illo for a tee, anyway...

I agree to take out the shadow on the chest, other than that brilliant.

Nice work. I agree with most above but I would also adjust the face. Sometimes with woman's faces, specifically in vector, less is more.

Her skin tone is too dark for her to be a blonde. I would recomend to lighten her skin tone or darken her hair color. Also, I can't tell if she is tilting her head at all but it looks like it is a little, so her nose should tilt too.

Thanks guys. The 90 degree "she" is something I got inspired from a t shirt design I saw one day online. I though the concept was cool so I use it. here

the now needs work - consider cutting it out entirely. Also the hair is a bit clunky.

This design has really come along. Two things: I think she needs some outline of a nose and not just nostrils, and the left bra of her bikini should have the black on it like the right one.

This is looking better. I agree about the black in the bikini. I also think the nose needs some of that tan shade and very little, if any black; pronounced nostrils on women always look masculine.

Looks good. I kind of like the different colors on her top, it adds some character. I agree that you should not add much to her nose, maybe just a line or two.

Maybe try some highlights, she looks pretty tan. Have tried white with a 25% halftone?

Great composition.

The letters look so angular and manly compared to the feminine shape. I'm kinb of disappointed you lost the curves of the 'S' with the translation.
Maybe you should do something (gradient perhaps?) to add some depth to the blue background.

maybe it's just me... but you've focused all the 'sexy' on her body. Her face is.... lacking. Give the girl some eyelashes. A girl with that coloring would also wear a more 'blue-red' lipstick- and smiling is ALWAYS sexy. It kindof looks like you just traced a Sports Illutrated image to me- there isn't much life or style to her. :/ Sorry if I sound harsh, but if you want girls to vote favorably for this, she needs to appeal to them too IMHO...

GL with it- I don't think it needs that much tweaking- and just on the face really...

Oh, I get it ... I didn't understand the white bits at first. Before you submit, I would toy around with the colour of the shirt. Maybe a light purple? Just a vague thought there. Very nice, though.

when i read the word elle, the first person i thought about was elle macpherson. but i think it's a good think that the meaning of the word may appear to be ambiguous. maybe you could place the design a little bit lower? :)

i think there should be more tone (like the darker brown between her breasts) in places like her stomach area which looks really flat, it would be sexier if she had that shadow where her hip bones would be, and in the crook of her arm to just to make her look more solid and voluptuous. other than that it looks fantastic

Wow, version 1 is 324 days old.

I like the illustrations of v.6 better, but in v.7 the colors looks great.

But at the end, is your choice, you dont have to please everybody.

These letters are much better, the S doesn't stand out as much as it did on the other versions. Also like the background with the trees and birds.

v6 would need a smoothing out of the face - to make it look more feminine, more mascara and sexier lips perhaps.
